How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" on the homepage, fill in your details including email, password, phone number, and date of birth, then verify your phone number to complete registration.

How do I book a ride?

Enter your departure and destination on the search form, select a date and number of passengers, then browse available rides. Click on a ride to view details and confirm your booking.

How do I publish a ride as a driver?

Go to "Publish a ride" from the navigation menu, enter your route, departure time, available seats, and price per passenger. Review the details and publish your trip.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel from your trips section. Cancellation policies may apply depending on how close to the departure time you cancel.

How are drivers verified?

Drivers must submit their driving license, vehicle information, and a government-issued ID for review. Verified drivers receive a verification badge on their profile.

How do I report an issue or safety concern?

You can report any issue through the "Report an incident" button on the ride details page, or contact us directly at info@rahashare.com .
